Report

It was (again!) summer time at Thornbury GC! When we play there is sun, very difficult to be organized,

in Italian we say (che culo!).

The course was in great shape and Daniel won it at his first participation (not bad for the Welsh Wizard!). He prevailed for the points scored on the back nine holes

over Jon who was in scintillating form (second place at his second participation, will he be third next time?).

Rich made a strong come back, after he missed a few editions, securing a third place over a very solid Dave and winning also the nearest to the pin contest over the Deadly Quack.

Leon also came back and won the Longest Drive trophy for the third time (Martin W second), the trophy will be re-named as "Leon Perkins Award"!

Malcolm showed his extreme resiliency, with a score of 14 points (131 strokes, must be a record).

He received his Hacker prize that was wrapped in a "legendary" Trump envelope (courtesy of The Guardian).
